This photo was taken by my buddy when he was visiting Texas last week
I'm not sure what the owner was thinking?

some times I dont know what people are thinking. it reminds me of the dodge neon spoiler.
looks like the person is in the car... they probably thought man my new spoiler is so nice, random people are taking pics of my car...winning

Don't jump to conclusions.
Maybe the guy was just transporting the spoiler home.
It would'nt fit in the car?Its for the PT Cruiser he owns.
Or,could be a practical joke by a buddy...you know
like the "kick me" stick-ons somebody slaps on your back.

This is how you prank someone, cutting out painters tape into the shape of a penor and putting it on their car when they're not looking
