3rd fuse box?

3rd fuse box?

I keep hearing of a 3rd fuse box and i need to check blown fuses. I know of the one next to the battery,on the negative battery terminal's side with a black cover over it. Also the driver side one next to the dead pedal. Wheres number 3??

behind the battery.. take off the two peices of plastic that cover that area and you'll see it
