370z Key Light On After Crash
Hi everyone.
Im going to give a little background of the car. I bought the car from Copart crashed with an accident in the front driver side of the car. No frame damage or anything. The only airbag that exploded was the steering wheel airbag. I replaced the airbag, took the seatbelts to be unlocked and fixed, reset the module, and cleared the airbag light. I never replaced the clock spring though.
The issue I am having right now is that the yellow key light is on and ill tell you that it is not the key fob battery. At first I thought it was because it was missing an anti-theft module that was in the area of impact but I replaced it and it is still on. I made sure to check and see if anything else was missing but I am almost certain nothing is missing from the area of the accident. The car does not have a check engine light on but I have a code reader that clears airbag codes and all that and when I plug it in it gives me the code U0164 and also P0603. I am not sure where to start looking for this issue which is why I am turning to the forums.
The 1 thing that I hate and I wish I knew right now is if the light was on before the accident happened or if it might have been caused when it was sitting in the lot.
Please let me know if you have any input on this
