As someone else mentioned before in this, you are runing a huge risk of causing catastrophic engine failure (i.e. hole through the block, warped crank, bent valve or even damaged turbos) and and may end up not having a usable core to work with, trust me, I know from experience. Good luck!

Oh trust me I know, thats why I have the other spare longblock. I was planning to pull the motor out this friday to start on the build, we have been getting plenty snow these days, but I guess its staying in for one more weekend of abuse. When I am talking abuse, its back to back runs, no letting it cool down b.s I cant wait for next year for some 800whp runs lol

I wonder if sp has taken their 1kwhp Z on the streets, or how stupid it is on street tires lol.

Yes they have. Never been on true street tires though, only on MT ET drag radials, and MT Drag slicks.

Hooks good on those drag radials (they are stupid sticky), pretty much dead hooks on the slicks. Gotta watch out for whats in front of you, no chute on the street.

I remember reading a few years back, about a tuner shop running 500whp+ on the stock block and it lasted couple of months of abuse.
That was Nowell's car done at FunctionTuned making im pretty sure 586rwhp on the stock block. The motor had a ton of dyno pulls and when it blew he was destroying a Z06.

Well you guys wanted a update, I decided to part out the car and move onto a different project, its going to still be a nissan. The last incident was we got some bad gas from a pump who supposibly sold us 114 octane. Well I ran into a 14:1 a/fs under full boost, but nothing happened and drove it home fine. Compression still checked out good. I will let you guys know what the new project is going to be, until then its top secret.
