But....

Under the rubber the cut outs can be seen.. I used a 2" cut out and did it twice.. Make sure your car is up in the air so you don't cut the A-Arm..

Did this on my ef, left me with a nightmare.

Royal, does it really give you that much more travel? Because next would be the arm itself bottoming out. Because i did this on my old civic and all it left me with was a nightmare and maybe 5mm difference in room. So is it really worth it on the z?

don't know how it left you with a nightmare, but it has been a dream for me.. before i did this all I could here was knock, knock, knock all the damn time.. being so low with 18's you will not get way from this.. but now I don't here it at all only on really big bumps..

I plan on redoing it with cutting it more and adding some braces during my build so be on the look out for that..

But it worked for me..

So this didnt allow you to get lower just to make clearance? If thats the case it is a nice touch because mine hits as well. It was a nightmare because in older civics you have to cut basically the whole shocktower then raise it. took about a day in labor.

I'd be worried if it's now contacting in the center of the A-arm.

To pull off a look with wide tires is another level of "baller aggressive" that I would strive for. Kudos ccdan.
