Welcome VTR. All of Rich post should be deleted obviously he's here to advertise the other shops. Not cool, i would never bring my car to a company doing this kind of bashing online i can just imagine what kind of costumer service they would offer.

I just checked out the vid of it on your site. I knew about your 6 second tube chassis Z, but I never heard or knew about this 8 second car before and it's not listed in the Top 25 1/4 mile drag thread.

All this ridiculous drama about UpRev, but nobody else cares to hear more about the 8 second Z?!?!?

Bloody hell this thread wins drama of the week award. VTR...if you want your various Z's included on the Top 25 please submit them to the designated thread within the drag section. I'd be happy to add the 8 sec pass.

My car is going to go under the knife soon with my boosted performance kit.6765 turbo, and stage 1 vtr motor. I sure wouldn't have mind to have it tuned with uprev.

all this crap talk is coming from a dude with 7 total posts? I'm talking about Rich from UpRev. Take a couple pills and relax man. You came on here like Brandon from VTR just got done having sex with your wife. You really need to calm down because your poorly representing UpRev. I didn't see anything wrong with what Brandon said, and if i knew how to tune an UpRev, i would mention it too. I don't need to be an authorized reseller to say i know how to tune the damn thing. Rich has shown a sick display of respecting the competition and has no validity in his claims. In my eyes it has ruined how I look at UpRev, and I have personally changed my mind from purchasing their products. Get off your high horse.
A friend of mine got his HR z tuned at performance motorsport. We took several trips down there being promised it was done. When we arrived, we were giving another story. Not cool in my book guys, as I live like 2hrs away. On top of that, the car is running rich as hell now, after driving it for less than 100 miles. I wouldnt bash VTR and then praise PM if I were you.
That would be me. Performance Motorsports had me change me purchase 440cc injectors from them because they said if they tried to tune my 800cc injectors that it would take more time and money to do. It took them an entire week for them to get done with my car. Customer service was horrible and the tune was horrible. My check engine light comes on ever so often, when I read the code it tells me that I'm running rich. A tune that was initially going to cost me $700.00, ended up costing me $1400.00 (tune, price of injectors and labor for them to install it)
Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. The owner of the shop tried to tune my car but he had no idea how to tune a HR motor. He had to wait for his son to come in to tune the damn thing.
I never mentioned anything as far as the forum goes, I'm not disagreeing with you on that, but this is why we are signed up. Like mentioned before, we have been around the community since 2003, maybe not on the forums, but that does not mean we haven't been a huge impact on the community. I have every intention of posting up shop builds, custom work and data information. We have been signed up for one day, at least give me until the end of the weekend.

Here's an opportunity for VTR to talk about something other than the UpRev drama, as well as an opportunity to interact with the forum community and share some info about something really cool that Venny had a large role in... yet you guys at VTR haven't embraced this great opportunity and instead haven't posted about anything else besides your upcoming dyno day & BBQ event.Since I didn't receive a response here, I started a new thread in the FI section inquiring for more info about the Z that went 8.33 @ 176.

Thanks for keeping it professional, VTR. I'll do my best to avoid putting any money in that other D-bag's pockets. Most of my previous tuning purchases for past vehicles were done through shops that weren't "dealers" but were skilled when it comes to tuning the software. I hope to do business with your shop in the future.
