you can cut a rca cable. then wire the cut end of the rca to the high volt output and connect the rca cable to the amp like normal. then on the amp change the setting to high volt input. it is in the manual that comes with the amp, not just a random idea btw.

I wouldn't splice of the rear speakers...Those signals are already amplified by the Bose amp. I would tap off the HU signal output to get the correct full frequency. The best thing to do is pick up a PAC hi-lo converter from your local audio shop and use that. Then you dont have to cut the wires you just use a wire tap to get the signal.
woops i didn't know he had a touring model. i never even think about bose since i dont have it. i guess you could splice one of the front speakers behind the radio, or you could get the pac convertor made for the bose system as miaplaya said.

What I would do and this is just me and what I usually do is go to the store and by a harness adapater and a reverse harness adapter. Then you splice in the Hi-Lo converter and connect the two. Kind of like an extension of the harness with the hi-lo tapped in...
Harness adapater
Reverse adapter
You just splice the converter in between and connect the two then plug and play it.

that is an excellent suggestion by miaplaya so you dont have to splice into your stock harness.
here is the diagram of the bose wiring just in case you need it for anything.
front speakers bose.

Thats the thing...with the harness you dont need to know what the stock wire color is. Each of the wires on the harness are labeled as to what they are so you can tap and connect them very easily.

AOEM-NIS2 is a Auxiliary Audio Output for Nissan and Infiniti w/ Bose. i would get that but some websites say its up to Bose from 1995-2005 some say up to 1999 others say 2002... Anyone used this on a 03 Z?
