Default Anyone ever use a set of A/D/S 346is speakers?

I am about to get some new speakers for the Z and I am planning on eventually having a pretty high end stereo system setup. I have heard a lot of really good things about the A/D/S speakers and I was wondering if anyone here has ever heard them in person?
How do they sound?
How do they compare with other speakers and which ones?

Any help would be greatly appreceiated(sp?)

Thanks,
Vince

Yup, they're sick. a buddy's got 'em custom mounted in his F150. They sound absolutely crisp and clean. Hard to beat their SQ within that bracket. Now, they're not Morel's, but they're not thaaat far IMHO. I'd put 'em on par with Boston's top-shelf offering.

Thanks motown! I've never been a fan of the Bostons. How is the midbass response on those bad boys, and how would you rate them against say the MB Quartz QSDs?

TIA,
Vince

I've owned a couple of sets of A/D/S components, 346is included. They are a great set of speakers. Tweeters are not harsh, very smooth.

Midbass response is solid.
