Is it possible to convert a DVD to CD format?

I want to take the audio tracks from Eric Clapton's Crossroads Guitar Festival DVD and burn them onto a CD to play in my car. Does anyone know how this can be done?

www.doom9.org has tons of dvd/dvdr/cd/etc info
