Unhappy Alright its stereo in, but getting crackles

I turn my fader all to the rear turn it up and I'm getting some crackles in my front tweets. I ran the RCA's(center console) and power wire seperate(along side the doors). I'm using MonsterCable MIcroXln RCA's. I had this problem with the stock speakers and my Focals after i installed the rear Focal Coaxials and amp so it isn't my front speakers. The Z is off so it isn't engine noise. I hope it isn't my Deck or Amp this stuff is supposed to be brand new. Any help

Uhmm K I broke rule #5, I used Metra's wiring harness (95 nissan and up) used the stock ground. I'll have to ground my Clarion to the chassis. Wondering if it could be anything else?
