Default 8" Kicker SUBS In Rear Panel

Would I be able to fit a 8" kicker sub in replacement to the bose factory sub? thanks

The cutout is designed for a 10" sub so I wouldn't imagine that an 8" free flow sub would give a direct fit. Why not just look at a 10" Kicker free-flow?

I tried it by making a mount for one Kicker open air 8". The other 8" sat in my '99 TL sub stock location. (no rattle)

Did not like the effect in the Z - lots of rattling... Drove me crazy!!!

So, I ended up making a sub box for the rear hatch area. Since I was at it, decided to take the other 8" out of the TL and put two in the box. The bass is tight and pounds without rattling...

ofcourse it will fit. 10" with seal box still can fit.
