Default License Plate Backup Camera Experience??

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with something like this?

http://www.zalmar.com/detail-Video-C...er-SV_5600.htm

It looks like a nice way to integrate a backup camera but I'd like to know if it's a good option.

Thanks!
Marc

Default Re: License Plate Backup Camera Experience??

I have a Pioneer DVD/NAV system in my Z, Dodge 2500, and Lance Camper, all with the Pioneer back up camera's mounted on the license plate of my choosing. I like the little camera on a nice frame, rather than the ugly frame cams.

They are great additions. I have an override switch on mine so I can run it all the time, works nice when passing and in heavy traffic...beyond the intended back up services.

With the Z, the cameras peripheral vision is excellent and much needed with so much stuff in the blind spots and tiny mirrors.

Can post a picture if you wish...

why waste money to buy that frame when you can just drill the hole on your plate.
