is there anyway to run a farenheit 7100 through a stock 2003 HU.
If so, help me out let me know whats up?

You can order the adapter from Soundlink for that for about $100. It comes in on the external CD changer input. You have to press the CD button twice and you get your AUX input audio.

Will this allow my xbox to be connected, to the screen and all this play through my sound or what else would i need?
