Default Nakamichi CD400 fm reception

Does anyone out there have a Nak CD400 installed? Everything works fine with this unit except that my radio stations come in horribly, buzzing, fading, you name it. Is it an antenna connection issue? My installer says he has to do some research while I want him sued. He's a good guy really but what is he doing wrong? I am so frustrated!!!! I have a 6 disc dvd player hooked up to it and all the cd's/dvd's I could listen to but I would like to hear some decent radio once in a while.

Nakamichi decks had issues with their old models regarding this
matter. I'm just surprised that it is still happening with their
new models.

It seems to be a Nak problem. My friend has an older Nak w/the same problem. Just a little FYI, don't want you to go nuts.

On all Nakamichi head units you have to hook up the powered antenna wire if I remember correctly. Anyway, if that doesn't fix it just keep trying wires until it works. I know everytime I've installed a Nak I have the same problem - lol.
