Hello, I have a G35C with the premium audio package.

I believe I would like to continue to use the existing head unit and use a pac aoem-nis to convert my signal for an aftermarket amp. I think I want to ditch the rear speakers and replace the fronts with some focal speakers (not the really expensive ones, something from the middle of their line up). Also I think I would like to run a 10" JL or Diamond sub. I need an amp recommendation (I dont think i need more than 300 watts to the sub and I would like to run just one amp for the fronts and the sub) and to know if i should run new speaker wire to the front doors. Also, is there anything else I need. DO you agree that i should ditch the rear speakers?
