2. remove the amplifier.
3. after removing the amplifier cut two or three circular holes to fit your new fans over.
4. mount the fans over these holes so that they blow OUT of the vehicle, not in.
5. hook the new fans up to power. same as anything else, power and ground.

this SHOULD do the trick. granted its alot of work and will probably take you all damn day to do it. but with the pic of your trunk it looks like it should work.

You could also put an intake above your amplifier mounted to the plexiglass blowing onto your amp, but it would obstruct the view.

nice trunk by the way buddy.
I would put the fans blowing IN. I have my amp in the glove box of the coupe and it used to overheat. First I tried a fan blowing cool air in, and it didn't make a difference. then I flipped it to blow out, and it hasn't overheated since, 1.5 years later.

That's my problem...there is nowhere to blow the air out to. The area above the floor is just as hot as the area below! I'm not sure how that's possible but it is!! I'm freaking out!!! For now I removed the plexi-glass and was thinking about getting a piece of thick mesh to put there. Something with large enough of a grid that you can see through it but strong enough that if I need to put something in the trunk it wont collapse.
