ALright i finially decided just to put my Xbox in my car...So i was wondering what parts would i need to be able to play on my factory bose system?? I know i would need a power converter right?? were could i get these parts from?? Any info would help...or what would you do??

 

Well fisrt of all you need a tv and depending if your tv has rca inputs or not , if it does then good you can connect the xbox rca's into your tv AUX channel if not then you will need to buy a AV SWITCHER so you will be able to switch from video modes , and yes you will need to buy a power converter. and thats about it anything else you need you can PM me. hope that helps

 

i was getting the xenarc 7" 700V w/ 2 AV Inputs i was going to get the Xenarc tvs with touchscreen but whats the use if i wouldnt be able to use it...Cause what i was told with the xbox you wont be able to use the touchscreen... But how would i be able to play the xbox with my factory bose system.. I can i configure it so i can use the volume on my bose?? What would i need??

 

you will need an "FM Modulator" for the sound to come out from the factory bose

 

where could i get the "fm modulator" and "power converter"?? any websites?? And this is all i need right?? anything else

You may want to consider creating a "line in" on your bose. FM modulators don't work too well..especially in large cities.

 

Cool so i know a little bit about installing stereo's...I know i can install the screen and mount the xbox...But would it be easier to just take it to a shop and have them do it?? Cause i dont know where to get the things i need to complete it..

 

you can possibly just buy the things you need which should come with instructions , or if you just want to save the hassle take it to the shop , just make sure the shop has worked on a Z before .

 

alright cool...So what would be the best screen to get... I heard the "Xenarc 7" is a good one...but i dont need touchscreen or do I?? Which screen do u recommend that will fit flush?

i heard that the farenheit 7001 works good and fits flush...Which screen is best to see in daytime?? without any glare issues??

 

invertors are available at best buy, wal mart, auto stores, basically anywhere. it converts the 12v power in your car into a current that any home appliances (ie. an xbox).
