Default Double DIN dash kit, which is the best?

What's available and which is the best quality? I want 2 DIN size head units in the place of the factory radio. I'm considering this one from autotoys.com but I don't want to miss out on something better.

The only one I have seen that I like is the Metra Dash Kit # 99-7402

yeah u can get the metra for like $20 at circuitcity.

yep, that's exactly what I did a few weeks back. I did a pick-up order thru circuit city for the metra kit. picked it up the next day. Thanks anyway guys.

i have bought both the metra and american international, with the plan to use two din size radios

that link is the american international kit

imo the metra looks better, it has a bit more detail, like a ridged edge. The American international is just a solid flat frame but does fit better and is a nicer quality plastic

im steering towards the metra for the look, and having it painted flat silver like the dial/aircon surrounds

go custom. I molded the american international kit in for a smoother look. I didn't like how it looked so aftermarket (not that a bright blue dash is any more stock looking)

Here's my dash painted titanium metallic (looked pretty stock installed but wanted something a little flashier)

witht he metra kit does it need to be cut to open up the double din trim piece?
