Default I Need To Fill The Hole In My Dash!

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A TRACK MODEL. AS YOU KNOW IT DOES NOT COME WITH BOSE OR A NAVI UNLESS YOU ASK FOR I. WHAT I WANT IS AN AFTERMARKET TV/DVD PLAYER PLACED IN THE COMPARTMENT ABOVE THE STEREO CONSOLE. WHICH COMPANIES MAKE THE BEST TV THAT WOULD FIT FLUSH AND LOOK NICE.?....

Fahrenheit makes a screen that looks beautiful. I believe it's a 7 incher. There's a couple people here that have done them. How much ya lookin' to spend?

Have your gotten any prices yet on what this would cost and what websites have you checked?
I have the touring model minus the nav system and putting a screen in there with a DVD is a great idea. Let me know!

I've got a stupid question:

If you install a DVD system, does the sound come through the stereo? I have the Bose system and do not want to make any after market changes to the stereo, but IF I were to install DVD, can they make the sound through the stereo? Thanks for any input!

RF modulator for about $30 will do the trick. Like what some cd changer use. Search ebay. Beware some modulators suck. Research your purchase.

Im selling the 5.8" farenheit for $200 in classifieds. Brand new in box if you want to copy this install. You can get it for $240 at etronics too.

The LCD is just video. It outputs video...just like speakers outputs audio. You need another source for audio. Either a tv tuner, dvd, computer system, etc.
