Need help to amplify audio signal
Hey guys my friend just bought an adapter so he can use his MP3 player in his car. The only problem he has is that there is not enough power for his reciever to pick up the signal from the MP3 player, anyone know how he could fix this? thanks

What kind of adapter?
There are RF, line level, and cassette adapters that I know of and possibly more.
I'll hazard a guess at line level and that your friend's receiver is set for 10V high level line level signals vice the normal 1 volt normal level line level input. There is normally a mechanical switch on the receiver top or bottom to switch this if switchable.
Otherwise you'll need to install a pre-amp to drive the receiver.
