Default No turn signal noise

This has been going on for a while now, my car does not make a ticking noise when I signal to turn or when I turn on the hazard lights. Also the light on when car is off doesn't go off anymore. It sounds like I may have a lose wire somewhere in the dash but I can't seem to find it. I already took apart the center dash portion and couldn't find anything... I'm not the best at DIY mechanics when it comes to my car as I am afraid of breaking something. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Flasher unit is toast. Try replacing it first but t the other light on indicator could possibly signal a different fault but flasher unit isn't expensive and can be bought anywhere.

If you're not a DIYer, take it to a dealer and pay a factory trained tech to do the work for you.
