Exclamation can't get my subs to work. Need help plz!!

just installed alpine 9855 and nine.1 with 11ov2s.

everything seems to be in order: HU is working great, amp turns on just fine, but can't get the subs to work. checked every setting on the HU, so i don't think it is the HU matter. speaker wires and rcas look fine too.

could bad ground cause this? because i didn't sand down the ground area or anything. or maybe there is some magic trick that i need to know about alpine 9855?

any ideas?

Thank you.

Have you checked the subwoofer volume setting on the 9855? I believe that they come set at 0.

Where did you put the sub? If it's in the stock location this could be the root cause to your problem. If not then its a setting issue or grounding problem

Its definetly the Amp ON OFF setting in the menu.....another way to check if your amp works is to bridge it off your mids amp, thats if your running two amps. good luck.
