I used the guidelines created by this forum and the job went great. Changes for the 05. The "gator" pin used to hold the radar detector in the overhead has changed to a different type for '05. Solution, go to parts store and get a real gator clip. Issue was the detector kept falling out with the stock clip.

Questions

#1 my detector keeps rotating, anyone figure out how to keep it straight?
#2 my new V1 w/POP falses all over the place in "L" mode which I thought kept the falsing to a minimum.

This is my second V1, I sold my other one with my C5. What mode do you all use. With my old one I used the "little L".
