yup door locks are caught in the door...
they require a single negative pulse for lock... and a double pulse for unlock.. if u single pulse the unlock wire.. that will disarm the factory alarm.. if ur adding in a remote start... (wire is good when remote starting the car ur factory alarm will not activate) here is the wiring diagram and any information on the alarm install...
12v (+) white/blue
ign (+) black/red
start (+) white/red
start2 (+) white/green
accessory (+) white/black
parklights (+) red/blue
lock (-) Red pin6 in drivers door module
unlock (-) lt blue pin7 in drivers door module
door pin (-) white(drivers), pink(passenger)
domelight (-) pink
hatch release (-) pink
brake wire (+) pink/blue
horn (-) green/black

The door is a *****.I traced back to the harness for the lt blue and red for locks.Im trying to see what color they change to at the door harness.
This alarm wouldnt be that bad if the instructions werent so incomplete.

You can't tap the door lock wires inside the car. The wires you are trying to interface with go between the key cylinder in the drivers door and the power window module. From the power window module there is a digital com line that runs to the BCM and to the other door.
Be VERY careful when breaking the waterproof seal that is in the door. Nissans doors typically hold water very well, and it is possible for this water to seep down the harness (that used to be waterproof). If you are unlucky enough, you may just end up with a soaking wet BCM and a whole new set of problems. (the BCM is right below the waterproof harness that runs in to the door).
