Currently I have the antena located under the plastic covering around the top and sides of the rear hatch. I didn't want it visible on the glass. The TV reception was poor even before installing the antena there, so I am beginning to think it's the TV tuner.

Anyone recomend a particular brand TV tuner?

Also, where is the best place to locate the antena.

I am having the same problem. I have the 4ch. diversity antenna mounted in the rear hatch window, hidden. But the reception is not good...when the car is moving, it is very bad. I have heard that if you mount the anteann on the front windshield, it gets better.

I can't remember what brand of tv tuner I have, but it is an add on to my Eclipse av unit. It is not amplified, maybe it gets better if it's amplified?
