Some Audio questions...
I too am caving and replacing my touring sound system.
Here's what I was thinking:
JL Audio 10" W6v2 (Will it fit?)
JL Audio Mono Amp - 250/1 to power Sub
This is what I've got so far...
Also, if I do this will I be able to keep the same head unit?
Thanks.

You don't need to change head unit or anything. Just wire the stock head unit with the amp. You need somekinda wire convertor to do so. Search the forum. There are lots of informations.

dont just throw a 10 in the factory spot, i hate that location when i had my bose in there i would get out with a headache. and that factory amp is weak anyway. if i were you i would have a good installer take your spare tire out and take a mold of the well and fiberglass it to the specs of the carpet. that way you wont lose any trunk space and it will hit way harder and you could even throw 2 or 3 12s back there in the well

i wouldnt wanna be seen with that dinky spare anyway.. keep that fix a flat spray in the back or just call a flat bed towtruck. ive only had 1 blowout ever and that time i had a towtruck tow my car anyway
