Iym bringing the car back to stock and trying to reconnect my Bose Unit but when i put it on the panel the top portion falls back and doesnt stay standing. Anyone know what im missing? Pics? Plz I need this reconnected!

 

There are a pair of brackets that screw into the sides of the stock unit and then into the plastic of the center dash piece. You then slide the center dash into place and screw it down with two screws up top under the cubby's floor and two more down low on either side of the white AC amplifier/multiguage box.

I do have an observation. My Z is an 04 and the stock Bose unit I got was from an 03 since I had sold my 04 one when I got my DVD player. The 03 does not rewind or forward tapes stopping in between songs but just rewinds and fast forwards the whole tape.

I know I may be an oldie using tapes but there are certain tapes that have sentimental value to me.
