Default My friends TV in his Z

Here are some pictures. If you want high resolution, send me an e-mail and I'll send them to you. They are real low light, I didn't have much time to take them, and it was dark and rainy. I don't know any specifics about it, but I can try to get some info if ya'll want. P.S.-- The nav door Does shut. The only cutting required for this was the drilling of the hole for the on/off switch. Hope ya'll like it : )

Angle 2

The On / Off switch . . . you all can see where it is (by the pedal in the background).

This is the DVD player underneath the passenger seat. It's blurry, my fault. I don't even remember what kind it was. I'll try to get a better image of this next time I have my cam w/me and see him.

Does it have an actual TV tuner as well (i.e can you watch broadcast television on it?) and if so, how is the picture (reception) and where is the antenna. How much $ ? What brand screen?

Thanks.

No, it does not have a TV Tuner... sorry I was mis-leading. It is a stand-alone DVD playing TV. The audio is played through the factory Bose system.

Parts & Installation were about $800.

How does he have it played through the Bose system? Is it via a wireless "RF" FM Modulator or through the antenna plug? What brand FM modulator (if that's what he used) and how does it sound?

Alright, talking to him-- he tunes it to 88.7 FM radio. The sound quality is very good.

This system does not incorporate a navigation ability correct? It is simply a DVD player hooked up to a video monitor.
