Wanted: AVN5435 Sirius Pictures & Impressions
I'm thinking of buying this unit but after getting burned by Alpine's HORRIBLE Sirius display and TERRIBLE interface I'd like to see what Sirius looks like on this unit. Does anyone that owns this radio have pictures of Sirius being displayed?
What are your opinions and impressions of this unit as it applys to ?
Also, for the Sirius portion:
Does it allow you to "lock out" channels?
Does it have alerts?
Thanks in advance

well i installed it on saturday and didnt have much time since then to use it. but i tell u its much better then my kenwood excellon serius tuner...
the menu's r better,
the eclipse has much more options, u can directly type in a channel, there are 24 preset stations, and the info on all the songs r better then i got with my kenwood
i dont really have much mo einfo yet but when i get a chance to sit down and check out the HU i will post a better review...
and pics
sorry if it wasnt that helpful
i can tell u one thing the NAVI is on point, and very quick to change route if u make a wrong turn. i put my GPS antenna on my passanger side A pillar and the top
