Default Help Needed, fast!

So here it is...another door speaker installation question. I figured I would get the quickest response here. I am installing aftermarket door speakers and my question is, which wire is positive and which wire is negative? There are two wires; the red and the blue? Anyone have an answer?

I can't remember but I believe that if you touch them to it you will be able to tell by the sound. If it's backwards the speaker will go inwards and if it's the right way the speaker will move outwards. Plus, it'll sound distorted if it's backwards and good if it's not. It should hurt anything to just touch it to it for a second. I just did it that way on mine and then once I figured it out it was the same on the other side obviously. Hope that helps!

Another tech trick to finding polarity of speakers is by using a small battery. Any 1.5v AA, D, or C cell battery will work. Cut and strip the insulation off the end of the 2 wires in question. Touch one wire to the "neg" side of the battery and the other wire to the "pos" side of the battery. If the speaker pops outward, then the polarity of the wires is correct. If the speaker sucks inward, you have the wires backwards.
