I've been redoing my speakers as well and ended up with infiniti 6012is in the rear and infiniti kappa perfect 6.1s in the front. The perfects havnt arrived yet, but the 6012i's are in right now and sound pretty good.
Shouldn't be going wrong with a rating of 5/5 stars from all 5 raters, go for it.

do a search, they are the right size but its been stressed here on this forum, what is a good speaker depends on your own ears go to a local shop and test them out i got JLXR650 but i haven't installed them
I have Infinities in my Z and enjoy their honesty
I listen to classic rock (Zepplin, Rush, Stones) and progressive rock (Yes, Genesis, Floyd) so I need speakers that can honor the whole range of spectrum. I have found that the bass is too loud even with the headend set to "natural" and the gain on the subwoofer amplifier set all the way down. I'm going to install some antennuators in-line to lower it even more.

I plan on installing the Infinity Kappa components (front) and the Kappa 2 ways (rear). This setup was just installed in a friend of mine that has a 350Z and the sound improvement was pretty impressive for a straight speaker sway from the Bose.
