I just finished installing my in-dash touch screen last night, but for some reason the "equalizer" touch button has a lock on it and wont let get into the bass part. I dont understand why it is doing this and keeping me out of this section. If anyone know, please let me know

you have to be playing music for that option to work not a dvd

 

there are functions built into the head unit that allow you to lock EQ settings. i can't remember off-hand where it is to find it, it's hard to find it, but i've come accross it. re-check the manual for settings locks, that may help. I'll go home tonight and try to find my manual lol....

 

I fixed it, for some reason my memory set itself and locked me out of certain functions, so i reset it and unlocked the memory.

Does anyone know what is needed to get sirius? What the exact tuner, because the headunit is sirius ready, do we just need the antenna and tuner?

 

Yes just get a tuner that is not FM modulated, since you can directly plug the sirius tuner into the head unit
