i put one in the glove about 2 years ago. it gets hot on trips watching movies, but i just pop open the glove box door a little and it cools. i routed the power cable from the battery to a power converter, then to the xbox. i put the power converter in the compartment behind the driver seat. i also got an fm modulator for the stock head unit and put it behind the heater controls. any questions hit me up

Sup bro, I've had one in my Z for a while now. I too was worried about it overheating so I installed a fan on the glovebox door. Overkill? maybe but it makes me feel better. You shouldn't have any problems installing it with the headunit you have. If I'm correct it has A/V inputs. The only thing you really need is a power inverter. I have mine hard wired to the back of the cig lighter. The Xbox in the Z has to be one of my fav mods so far. You should be pretty happy when you get it in there. Is your Xbox modded by the way?

from my experience, if its in a relaively open area like the rear storage compartment, it should be OKAY, but, if you want to be sure, get two fans, easily found from radio shack, put two holes int he storage bin, and do a push pull configuration with the two fans, that will ensure there is a constant movement of air through hte bin and you should be fine
