Default I Love My Ups Women!!!!!!!!!!

After a LONG......HARD.....BORING......day at work, I get home, Walk into the garage to get the dog to take him outside to do his "BUSINESS" ......out the front door and almost TRIP over 2 packages that my UPS WOMEN has left for me......

I run into the house like a 8 year old on christmas morning.......after the TRASHING of cardboard and masking tape out pops these 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amp from www.woofersetc.com and the Alpine from www.Hookedontronics.com

I got the Alpine for 550 shipped and the JL for 600 shipped those where the BEST prices that i could find!!!!!!!!!!

Sweet deal. I love the 7998, although I've yet to get the digital EQ set at the right sound. I ordered mine through etronics.com, it might have been a tad more than what you got, but in the ballpark.

The other cool thing, is the Nokia Mobile phone hub feature. This allows you to more easily integrate a Nokia phone into your system.

Aggie,
The Alpine site lists the Nokia 6310i phone for the hub, is that the only Nokia phone that will work or can you use others?

YUP........

Warranties All products purchased from this site carry a 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase. Warranty is limited to manufacturer's limitations.

Yes, this is true as of right now. They JUST released the cradle unit that goes along with this. I've actually not found a US site that sells this yet though. I fully expect more phone options to be available for this within the next year.

actually maximadave is correct. it's nice to know that an e-tailer claims to have warranty services, but i'd be curious to see what they do in the event of a failure. they're not authorized dealers, according to JL, and therefore JL wouldn't take back a bad amp. what you will probably find is the 'dealer' saying "oh just take the unit to an authorized JL dealer and they'll fix it." working for an authorized JL dealer (and a really big one, at that), i can tell you that most dealers track serial numbers when warranty repairs are involved. not that i don't wish the best for you; i run the same equipment. i just wish people would realize that sometimes there's more to a price than just price, on both ends of the equation.

If you amp is new in the box, you should have years of trouble free enjoyment JL amps are pretty reliable (I sell them)
