Default rear speakers replacement

I'm planning to replace my speakers and prefer the 4 speaker setup vs usual 2...

is it ok to run the front speakers off an amp and have the rear speakers run off the aftermarket HU (20rms) ....

Rear speakers is only for rear fill and don't need to be that great...

any problems with this setup?

yes you can, but turn the fader to the front, what you will notice if you dont is tha as you tur up the volume, at some pointk the front stage will sound clena and clear, while the rear will start to distort. all aftermarket headunits, no matter who makes them, will have built in amps thare dirty and will clip at a little above half volume...

so as long as you turn the fade to the front, you will be okay you iwll just play with the settings until its comfortable

thanks for the tip...

didn't see in any point spending money on a rear amp when it's just rear fill... fading it forward makes good sense...
