Default A question about FM Modulaters?

My girl just ordered these two this today for my bday !

I just recently discovered that i have to have a fm modulator which is fine. My question is how distorted or bad will the sound from the dvd player be? Not only will movie be coming through the speakers, but 50gigs worth of music on dvdr discs will played with this setup. I am just hoping that the sould quality will be the same as with a normal cd. If you have any suggestions on a modulator or which method to acheive the best sound please help! Thanks in advance, Andy!

Virtually no distortion. It will basically sound like a clean fm radio station with no drop outs. It will not sound like a cd.

I would get the one that plugs into the antenna port instead of the wireless....Wireless would be more likely to get interference IMO.

If possible, get an FM modulator that has adjustable level controls and a gain control. This will allow you to match the signal through the modulator to the rest of the system, and minimize extra FM-type noise.
