Default How hard for 1st install (w7)

i have never installed an audio system before, how hard will it be to install the 10w7,500/1 jl audio amp? the HU is an eclipse AVN 2454. i already have 6.5 diamond audio 6.5 components installed powered by an eclipse amp. those werent installe by me. How hard will it be to install the sub and amp to the HU? i have never done an audio install before

3 wires and one set of RCA cables. Not hard at all if you have done some electronic work before. Just remember with the 500/1 you need to run at least 4 gauge power and ground wires.

All you will hook up to the head unit is the remote power to the amp and the RCA's.

Follow the instruction guide with the W7 to wire up the sub to the amp and run it at 2 Ohms.

I think the guy that installed my previous audio stuff said i dont have to buy any more cables or something like that, he said i had a 4 gauge. Im ignorant in the audio field

true not worth it to take the risk, its only 60 to have it installed.

its easy
red wire power to batt. run that to amp.
blue remote to the HU then to the amp
ground to metal in car, then to amp.
Rca from HU to amp
speaker wires are the ones that you will have to look in the manual for.
