I tested fit but didn't take picture. I don't have it on the panel now since still undecided whether i want to keep my OEM panel or using the CF panel i bought few months ago. Check under his website, there are few samples.

What is the depth limit for speakers in the pods? I have some massive midbass speakers I'd like to put in them that have a depth of 3.72" mounting depth.

I have made arrangements with a forum member. We will be receiving his doors on the 7th of April. Will be coming out with 06 Pod by the end of April... Just in time for the summer season.

STAY TUNED We are making kick panels for the 350Z in April.

Most kick panels you will loose your dead pedal, some people just don't want to get red of their dead pedal. But yet they still want their speakers to sound better, that's when you want to use the pods.

The pods have a slight angle to them, Allowing the spekaer to create a better imaging in the front cabin. This angle was achieved without sacrificing any loss of leg room.

When we designed the pods we made sure they did not stick out too far, The comfort of the driver is not comprimized.

Pods will allow fitment of just about any speker out there, Including some very deep magnets. As long as they are 6.5" or 7" drivers. We have even made some custom Pods for bigger then 7" Drivers.

Pods will allow for a custom look to be achieved very easily right on the door.

Imaging from Kicks should be better, However it all depends on Taste of the undividual. You will have to use speakers designed for off axis mounting. With door pods I will guarantee better sound with any speaker.

You will get more mid bass out of the doors with our Pods. There will be less rattling since you are taking the speaker out of the inner cavity. The mids will be a lot closer to you not to mention a lot louder without giving up any sound quality.

If money is no object; Best senario would be Using our Pods for the doors for MID-BASS and use the KICKS for mid and tweeter.

I like kick panels personally. I would do them on my own car. However, They are not for everybody. You take the chance of Kicking them all the time when you are getting in and out of the car, Specially the passengers side, You may get used to them But your passengers will never remember.

"Hence the name Kick-Panels" They will look dirty most of the time because you will forget they are there and keep stepping on them.
