Window Lifters
i'm not sure what you mean by window lifters, but if you mean a new mechanism that actually moves the windows, that's not quite how it works. most aftermarket alarm systems work with a window module that controls the power windows through the car's system. most cars (including our Z's) have sensors that notice any resistance, so when the windows hit the top of the run, the car sees it, and stops the signal. therefore, there's no motor burn-out to worry about, and should work fine. now you just have to find a system with a good window module. DEI's systems (viper, clifford, etc) have the smartwindow module which works nicely.
Thanks Lightning, Yes I should have explained a little better I guess, but you hit the nail on the head.
My old car had this feature on the alarm where I could leave the windows down, get out and activate the alarm and the windows would wind up. I really got used to this feature. Call me lazy, but I think its cool.
Will take a close look at the names you mentioned.

You already have that feature but not on the remote. If you put the key in the door and turn to the right and hold the windows will go up as long as you hold it.
You can lower the windows from the remote by holding down the unlock button.
