There was somebody posting some someplace, did you search for them?

Lot of people use the stock speakers for spacers, just remove the basket and cone and attach your new speaker.

If you need spacers I am sure I can have my installers cut you some. We have a template.

How much do they run? If they're MDF they shouldn't be too bad, right?

those zenclosure spacers dont create any interferance with the door panel? I personally haven't taken mine off yet, but 1" seems extreme! haha I hope i'm wrong.

another thing, how do you get the grill out of the door panel? does it come out from the back?

I actually made my own (PITA!) and had to go with 1.2" thick. The fit with just enough clearance to prevent them from being hit by the plastic door skin.

Just ordered them... and yes, you definitely need spacers that are around 1" to clear where the window comes down into the door.

there was a time Honda engineers designed the front brake rotors so that it won't come off without using a special dealer only equipment... reason? so that dealers could make money changing rotors....

that stopped when the US threatened to prevent future sales of accord for deceptive/underhanded business practices that are anti-consumer...

my take on this is that they want you to buy the BOSE system and be happy with it.. not realizing that the BOSE system itself is junk...
