hey guys, i'm going autoX'ing this sunday, i have a 10inch sub in the trunk. are there any specific ways to remove the sub? the subs are attached to a amp behind driver side.

i can take the sub out easily but it has 2 wires attached to it.. do i just disconnect the 2 wires?... should i first disconnect the battery? any help would be greatly apperciated.

 

Just un-plug the sub-woofer's wires. When the key is off so is the head-end, amplifier, and sub-woofer speaker.

 

I don't want to tell you the wrong thing bumping this for you.

 

so just unplug the 2 wires?

 

When you take the speaker out tape off the two end of the speaker wire seperately because if they touch you will blow your amp. and yes do it while the radio and car are off.
