Guys I just bought a new ddx-7017 and I need help flushing the unit in the dash. Anyone have detailed instructions? Do I need to drill new holes, and if so whats the easiest way. Thanks.

 

You need the brackets off your oem unit. It is an easy install. The only trick is finding a face plate that fills the gaps nicely. The kit I used has a slight gap around the unit itself, but its not bad. I'm not in any hurry to replace that and I am enjoying the entertainment in the meantime. Is that what you were looking for.
