Default Kenwood DDX-8017 problem!!

Just wanted to see if anybody could help me. I have the kenwood ddx-8017 headunit, and just all of a sudden it will not let me eject a disc and will not open up completely. The screen tilt option will not let me go past "3". If I push "5" it will just try to open and then move back to "3". I can get it to close fully and 1-3 screen tilt will work, but it will not move past 3 or open up fully to let me eject a disc. Everything else works perfectly. Any help would be great. I've checked the owner's manual, but to no success. I'm going to call Kenwood tomorrow and take it by the audio install shop to see if they can help me. Just curious if anyone has had the same problem or would know why it is doing this? Thanks!

yeah, I tired that, but to no avail...just keeps doing the same thing. tries to open, goes back and forth, then just stays at tilt position "3". Everything else works perfectly, even the disc I have in there currently works. Thanks, though.
