Default Help!!!

A while back i tried installing my farenheit screen myself and i never got it working so i said screw it ill pay someone when i get money. Well when i did that i messed my headunit up cuz when i inserted a cd it went in but wont play and i cant get it out. Everytime i start my car the cd symbol comes on and i hit it eject and it goes away but the cd stays in there and still wont play. Everyother button works even the cd but the eject button won't eject the cd. I was wondering if you guys thought this was the headunit or i messed up a wire (which i looked at all of them and they seem connected). Im getting ready to put a new headunit in currently. Do u think i should get that fixed first or try installing the new headunit and see if it works.

Well I can't think of a way to screw up the wiring to get that to happen. Basically most head ends need just three wires to get the CD transport to work - a power ground, accessory and constant +12 VDC power. If the radio is working that would rule out those three wires.
