If I install a LCD screen and a DVD player and hook it up to the factory stereo. Will the sound for the center channel come through? I have seen people on here installing center channel speakers and such, so I was wondering if this had to be done or not.

You dont need a center. If you want a center the right way to do it is to get a dolby digital processor. Then youll have true 5.1 in your car.
