how do i get +12v to my xm radio?
i have added an xm commander to my 2006 350z. i have put it in and have it all wired. however i dont know where to pull the power and accessory power for the unit from. any ideas?

i am posting this reply that was sent to me for future reference in case anyone ever needs it.

you can pull it from either your ignition harness: 12v-white/blue
ACC-white/black
or from behind your stereo 12v-yellow ACC-lt.green.
make sure before you connect any wires that you TEST THEM FIRST!!!***
with either a bluepoint logic probe or more commonly used a digital
multimeter set to DC20v. stay far far away from any black or yellow
wire loom, if its yellow and black striped wire loom..that your air
bags...dont touch em! your safest bet will be to go though your
stereo...if you have an after market stereo your colors will be
12v-yellow ACC-red GROUND-black...lemme know if you have any other
