HD radio + AVIC-Z1

Guys, Does anyone know a HD radio Tuner Compatible with the AVIC-Z1? or any mod out there to get HD radio.

Doesn't look Pioneer has a car HD tuner yet...I am sure it will be available soon.

Unfortunately, I don't think Pioneer has announced any support for HD Radio.
