so i've completely stripped down all the plastic and whatnot in the back trunk so that I can put in some dynamat before I install the subs. My question is, is should I take out the bose sub amplifier that is back there, or just leave it be? I'm gonna be installing a new deck as well, so should that matter?

 

If you are installing a complete new system, it sounds like you are not going to use it. I personally would take it out. Although it doesn't weigh much, it just extra weight you would be carrying around.

 

I removed both of my Bose amps just to show people how tiny they really are!
