So the engine has been blown on mmy Z for the last year and I just got it up and running again. Now that it is running, the head unit lights up (except for the LCD Display) yet the CD player will not turn on and work.

I am wondering if this has anything to do with the anti-theft system on the car as the battery has been unplugged for months. I checked the fuses and the wiring (never tampered with the wiring to begin with other than unplugging the unit to install boostcontroller) and eveything seems to be fine.

Any help would be much appreciated!
