The TVandNav2go was only tested on my car while my Ipod unit was being installed. Pictures don't do it justice, the picture quality was EXCELLENT. I paid $250 for it. It works on the 03 and 04 G35s. (Possibly 350zs as well but I am not sure.)

Will the backup camera work on the 350Z OEM NAV?

 

The camera works on any car...the TVandNAv2go I am not sure...I will try to find out tomorrow.

For what its' worth, yes, the TVNav2Go does work on the Z as well. Along with most other things, Z and G share nav electronics too.
